Booking & Deposit Policy

• A 50 SAR deposit is required to confirm your booking; the balance is paid at the spa on arrival.
• Packages and offers are paid in full when booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours or more before your appointment: free, with a full deposit refund or the deposit moved to the new appointment.
• Cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment, or not showing up: the deposit is non-refundable.

Arrival

• Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to settle in and relax without rushing.
